November 7, 2019 - November 9, 2019 / Bangkok, Thailand

DOI-ITAP will co-host a regional training in Bangkok on use of aerial photographs and other geospatial tools for the identification, documentation, and prioritization of fish passage barriers at a watershed scale. These are the first critical steps in the process of restoring fish passage in watersheds in the Lower Mekong region. The training will be conducted in partnership with the Australian Center for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR), Charles Sturt University, the Mekong River Commission, and The Crawford Fund. The Lower Mekong Fish Passage Initiative is part of the Smart Infrastructure for the Mekong program.
